Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

To make the process easier, we offer subsidised return labels at discounted rates.

For exchanges, Chaise Cycliste covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected.

Please Note

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• We recommend checking our size guide before ordering. If you're between sizes and prefer a more relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up.
