At Chaise Cycliste, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as seamless as possible — including when things don’t quite work out. Below you'll find everything you need to know about returning or exchanging an item.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in as-new condition, with all original tags attached.
- Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear or if tags have been removed.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.
Chaise Cycliste is not liable for lost or undelivered return parcels.

Refunds
- Refunds are issued for the value of the returned clothing only.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable. - Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 working days.
- All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exchanges
Looking for a different size or colour? We’ve got you covered!
- We’ll cover the shipping cost of your replacement item.
- Exchange requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving your return.
- To request an exchange, please contact us before returning your item (see below).
