At Chaise Cycliste, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as seamless as possible — including when things don’t quite work out. Below you'll find everything you need to know about returning or exchanging an item.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in as-new condition, with all original tags attached.
  • Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear or if tags have been removed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.
    Chaise Cycliste is not liable for lost or undelivered return parcels.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for the value of the returned clothing only.
    Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 working days.
  • All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Exchanges


Looking for a different size or colour? We’ve got you covered!

  • We’ll cover the shipping cost of your replacement item.
  • Exchange requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving your return.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us before returning your item (see below).
