Need a different size?

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn items with original tags and packaging.

To request an exchange, simply contact our team with your order number and we will guide you through the process.

Returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To make the process easier, we offer subsidised return labels at discounted rates.

Once your exchange has been processed, Chaise Cycliste will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering. If you're between sizes and prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Returned with all tags attached
• Returned in original packaging

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs charges.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Important Information

For hygiene reasons, socks and base layers cannot be returned if they have been worn or tried on.

Items showing signs of use, washing, damage, or missing tags may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
